"Devil's Island" is the latest film by Italian film director Federico.
It's about an island prison and the mistreatment suffered by the female
prisoners.

Upon entering the prison, Brigitte is taken to the warden's office
for indoctrination on the rules and a haircut. |

Brigitte struggles mightily when she realizes the warden intends
to cut off her beautiful long blonde hair. |

All her struggling is to no avail, and Brigitte sheds bitter tears
as her long hair is shorn. |
