Cherry is a 26 year old model with the thickest hair we've ever
seen!! She also has one of the brightest smiles and cheeriest dispositions
of all our models. She hasn't had a "real" haircut in seven years, but today
all that is about to change.
Cherry tells us the story of her last haircut- at the age of 19, in
her sophomore year of college. She and her sister were roomates, and Cherry
had waist length hair. |

One night they did a little drinking (OK, a LOT of drinking) and
decided to shave Cherry's head. By the time they got done, says Cherry, the
floor of the bathroom was covered with hair three inches thick.
She recalls waking up the next morning, feeling her newly shaved head
and wondering "What did I do!?!" |

Normally, a girl with hair as long and thick and beautiful as Cherry's
is pretty nervous about having it all shaved off- but not Cherry.
When we suggest running the clippers right down the middle with no
attachment, she didn't even flinch.
"Go for it!" she said, and we ran the clippers like they were stolen.

SUCCESS STORY

Tiffany is one of the most delightful and intelligent of all the
girls we've met as haircut models.
She's 21 years old, and going into her Junior year in college. She has
two scholarships- one for academics (she's a math wiz majoring in Engineering)
and one for athletics- she's on her college swim team.
Today she's going to shave her head.
When we asked why, she said for three reasons. |

First, she is curious about how she'll look without hair.
Second, she wants to freak out the guys on the swim team. Lots of them
shave their heads, but none of the girls do, and she wants to be the first
one.
Third, Tiffany says, the modeling fee will help her with college expenses
as she wants not to overburden her parents- truly a classy girl!!
Tiffany is pretty nervous as we start the haircut, so we start with
a nice short "wedge" cut just in case she decides to chicken out on the
headshave. |

By the time we got around to running the clippers down the middle,
she wasn't as nervous, and went through with it. When we finished, Tiffany
looked great, and said, "I'm so glad I did this. I love it!!"
We can't wait to hear how the boys on the swim team react to Tiffany's
new haircut.

THE BARBERRETTE WHO SHAVED HERSELF

Lettie is a real life hair stylist who has decided to go for the
"ultimate" haircut- a headshave. We started out with a modified
chili bowl haircut, with asymetric bangs, sharp lines, steps in the back,
and asymetric curves on each side. Lettie admits she was freaked out by some
of the freehand clipper cutting, but says she learned a few cool tricks on
clipper cutting from us. When it came time to run the clippers down the middle,
we certainly didn't expect a pro like Lettie to cry, but her eyes filled
with tears as the hungry clippers mercilessly whirred through her hair. |

About halfway through the clipper cut, Lettie asked if she could
do some herself. She took over the haircut, and clippered herself, first
with the Rapid Fire's, then with the sexy new Silhouette Clippers, taking
off her hair to 00000 closeness. She then shaved herself with the razor-
an awesome sight to see!! |
