Susan has been growing out her hair for the past 12 years. It's
over 40 inches long!!!!

Meet Vicki the Barber. As you can see from Vicki's choice of hairstyle,
she LOVES SHORT HAIR, and is more than happy to chop off half of Susan's
hair.
If the truth be told, she'd probably be more than happy to cut off ALL
of Susan's hair. |

Susan talks at length about what it's like having knee length hair.
She talks about how she washes it, conditions it, and brushes it. She
never blow dries her hair.
Susan is a Park Ranger in Alaska, and when she's working she ties her
hair in a ponytail to the base of her neck, then braids it in one long braid.
This keeps it out of the way.

Why the haircut? Susan explains that she's going backpacking in
Central and South America for the next six months. She will be staying in
some primitive places, and doesn't think the long hair will be practical.
The solution- LOP OFF 20 INCHES!!

After some more conversation, and some more "BEFORE" modeling, Vicki
pulls out the giant scissors and lops off 20 inches of Susan's hair.

off!!

away the surprise, but it has something to do with a gorgeous girl with long
blonde hair who gives herself a short haircut, but that's all I'm
saying...
