MILLIE "COMPLETE"
This DVD contains ALL the footage shot on ALL our cameras on the night
of Millie's headshave.
The inspiration for this DVD came from Basili- our good friend from
Spain who is a psychologist, and who has a special place in his heart for
Millie.
Basili graciously agreed to write the commentary to Millie's DVD. Basili's
writing is like reading poetry. Take it slow, and it's worth reading!! Here
are Basili's words:

Curly, I have thought that I could make that comment or reflection
now about the fear of Millie. I hope it is what you wanted of me. I can write
another thing. I could make more "deep" "More psychological," but my knowledge
of English is limited, and it is difficult to express many things.
All the people are afraid. The fears are part of our human nature. But
there are two types of fears, the "rational" fears, and those that are
"irrational." |

The fears "rational" they are fears that have as mission to defend
of the illness, the pain, the death, the unnecessary suffering. These are
fears adaptives, they are fears that help us to continue alive. They are
necessary fears.

But the irrational fears are also, the fears that frequently have
created a puritan and restrictive society. They are fears that impede the
development of people, that limit the right to be different. They are fears
that don't have "reson of being." They are arbitrary, capricious; They are
behavior norms that only look for that people are "replicant" some of others.

In our society (it is the same as it is in Europe or in the USA)
to the women has been imposed the "norm" that long hair must be adapted in
all women. Many women are afraid to cut their hair. The hair, they have been
told, it is their personal identity. Without hair she is not a woman, or
she is "less" woman, she loses her femininity. This is an irrational fear.

And the irrational fears must be conquered. They don't have any
function, just the opposite: they limit the growth of people, they are a
source of insecurity and pain, they make us weaker.
Millie thought, and with a lot of common sense, that she had to conquer
this irrational fear. |

She had always had that fear to lose her hair. This fear had already
become a "very personal matter." And she made the most intelligent thing:
to shave the head and to show everybody that, with hair and without hair,
she is a nice and beautiful woman. |
 |
Did she have a lot of anxiety before cutting her hair, with the
questions "classic" How will I be? What will people think of me? Will I dare
to go out to the street with the head without covering? etc. Her fear felt,
but at the same time, being a very intelligent woman, did the "desire," the
"impulse" also drive her to making it. To shave their head was to overcome
this irrational fear that, during many years it had been the deepest of desires.
When shaving their head she is a stronger woman, surer of herself. |

She has overcome an irrational fear, and when overcoming this fear,
will help her to overcome other irrational fears. She has improved her self
esteem, and trust in herself. She is capable now of making more things, of
bneing a woman with more capacity of personal decision. Also also, she has
discovered that she is happy with her shaved head that is a sexy woman. She
has also discovered that their head "naked" it is a sensitive, sensual and
erotic area. For sure she has discovered new sensations and new
experiences. |

I will always remember the first time I saw in the web the picture
of Millie, their wonderful eyes, their hair, their smile, their way to move,
their figure...
She is the woman that one would return the head when the sees happen
down the street! I saw those pictures and I decided that I had to have that
videotape. |
 |
It could not imagine that the videotape was still better than the
pictures of the web!!
The videotape of Millie is, probably, one of the best videos that have
ever been carried out in the entire world. |

Was Millie resolved to cut its hair totally, to overcome that rational
fear, and why not?, to discover new "sensations." |
 |
When she sits down in the seat, does she smile to someone that is
behind the camera. |
 |
She probably thinks, "This is the moment, it is resolved, there
is not it goes behind." |
 |
Their beautiful eyes, their sensual lips show something of decision,
but also a crack of irrational fear.
It agrees with the head, and the clippers they begin to make its "work."

For moments, in the eyes of Millie, it is certain fear, that irrational
fear, but she also discovers something that she has wanted always, and begins
to feel the sensuality of being cut their hair. |
 |
When their head is free of hair, she already knows she is a new
woman, even more beautiful surer. |
 |
The cream of shaving applies in its head, and smoothly the knife
of shaving leaves to the overdraft a perfect, very beautiful head. |
 |
The factions of the face of Millie are even more nice: their eyes
and their mouth, their small ears, show all their splendor.
She caresses their new skin gently.
But there it doesn't finish everything. |

Before the mirror, Millie removes the previous makeup and it begins
to apply one new, for that new woman. And if everything until this moment
is very good, now one of my favorite images come: her, looking in the mirror.

She is putting on makeup and the camera records her face and the
part at the same time of behind of its head. |
 |
A new dress, very sensual, with images of first planes of their
face, and longer planes of the whole body, they show us to a woman that will
wake up the admiration of many men (and many women!) when she walks down
the street. |
 |
The irrational fear has disappeared: there is already only satisfaction.
She has overcome their fear, but she has also discovered a new "dimension"
of itself, of their beauty. |
 |
She knows that their shaved head is sensual that its image is fantastic
that now she will begin to have new experiences and she will be a surer
woman of herself. |
 |
Without place to doubts, their new beauty will be the "center of
attention" of many people. |
 |
The video of Millie is pure gold. It is of those videotapes that
I look time after time after time... |
 |
I know that the new version "extended" provides us even more
satisfactions.
Meanwhile, we will dream of the day Millie returns to shave its head
again for all of us, for our satisfactions, but also for her own
satisfaction.
